My stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure my comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all the attractions and restaurants I wanted to visit. I especially enjoyed the pool, breakfast buffet, ambience , the staff were the most perfect people and I’d definitely be back to enjoying the welcoming experience with the staff. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Received a fantastic massage at the spa and enjoyed relaxing at the pool and beach. The absolute best thing about the Mövenpick is the staff. Front desk, room service, and housekeeping employees are courteous, friendly, and efficient. And the servers and hosts at the Sails restaurant are the best! Always received a warm greeting, a radiant smile, and the best service! The staff at Sails, specifically Lester, Marialyn, Rochelle, and Ella, are my new best friends! Thank you everyone!

Two bedroom family suite is very nice, spacious with modern fittings. Comfortable beds and huge fluffy pillows. Pool and lounge area is pleasant, plenty of space to wind down and relax. Had a one hour massage with my husband at the spa which was quite good. There is free chocolate down at the lobby in the afternoon which my daughter loved. Staff are incredible, they are so kind and hospitable. They made the experience really good from check in to check out.

All of the staff are really well trained, and they just seem to be a level above the other hotels that I stayed in on this trip. They politely engage in conversation, and you can see it is genuine. The hotel has a lovely vibe to it. I will definitely be coming back.
